Wessex Distribution Limited were tasked to gain retail traction within the convenience sector for Vape products. This exercise was to run from September 2018 – March 2019
The product range was based on 10ml bottle liquid/hardware kits and 50ml nicotine free liquid.
What We Did
The rationale was to target our retail customer base in London where there is substantial traffic flow and footfall ensuring the brands were captured by the end user “the consumer”
The sell in process captured via our sales team captured in excess of 800 retail stockists in the period agreed. There were additional replenishment sales captured and some element of marketing support from the client.
The supply chain was set up using our 3pl in Peterborough who distributed to the sales team for them to place items directly into the stores. To create distribution for the wholesale channel to support in the future months for the supplier.
The net results creating a retail value in excess of £35k and over 32 lines of products within 800 retailers in London.
