To launch a value for money product within the Roll Your Own tobacco sector. A competitive market within a restrictive marketplace that made this a challenging project for the team and the client.

Target areas were
Scotland/North West England/Midlands/East Midlands/South West England and London.

What We Did

The team targeted their customers for which they had good relations and trading integrity. This helped gain the traction and distribution into the key stores despite the display ban in the industry.

Each retailer used this product as value for money option with the quality it provided the consumer choice. In the tobacco industry you cannot promote items to non-smokers or under 21 or to consumers unless they ask for what’s available to the retailer.

With the relationships we have this enabled the consumer to propose the Redhouse brand and then this drove the sales and replenishment supply.

Net result was 440 retail stockists supplied in display banned market and in excess of 150 cases sold with the demand gain traction before moving Davidoff moved this to their nominated distribution partner
